Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips with 1/2 cup heavy cream until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Let the topping cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the coconut-pecan topping over the chocolate filling.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 3-4 hours, or until fully set, before slicing and serving.
