- 20 soft caramel candies
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 20 mini pretzels evenly spaced.
- Unwrap and slightly flatten 20 soft caramels. Place one on top of each pretzel.
- Top each caramel with another mini pretzel to form a sandwich.
- Gently warm the tray in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to soften the caramel. Let them cool slightly.
- Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
