Description

Banana Bread with Brown Sugar: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe for Everyone

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and stir until evenly mixed.
  6. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then fold in the flour gently until just combined.
  7. If desired, gently fold in chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  9. Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
