Description
These Homemade Big Mac Wraps deliver all the flavor of the classic fast food burger in a healthier, homemade wrap.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/3 cup diced onions
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 4 slices
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.
- While the beef is cooking, chop the lettuce, dice the onion, and slice or chop the pickles. Get your cheese and sauce ready.
- Warm the tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave or skillet to make folding easier.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of Big Mac sauce. Add the cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Don’t overfill.
- Fold the wrap like a burrito and place it seam-side down in a skillet. Toast until golden and the cheese is melted. Flip and toast the other side.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
