- Crush Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs in a food processor. Mix in melted butter until combined.
- Line a traybake pan with parchment paper. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base to form an even layer. Chill.
- Melt milk and dark chocolate together until smooth, using a microwave or double boiler.
- Whip double cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate and Biscoff spread into the whipped cream.
- Pour the chocolate filling over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Chill the traybake for at least 1 hour to set the filling.
- Once set, melt additional Biscoff spread and drizzle over the top for decoration.
- Chill for another 30 minutes.
- Lift the traybake out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Serve and enjoy, keeping any remaining portions chilled.
