Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.

- Spoon half of the cherry preserves and chopped maraschino cherries over the cream cheese layer.
