Instructions

- Beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth.

- Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggles.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
