Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar salad dressing. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, and minced garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Add mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing mixture.
  4. Whisk again until fully incorporated and creamy.
  5. Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce.
  6. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl or on individual plates.
