PF Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a quick, healthy, and flavorful dinner or appetizer idea.
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 head butter lettuce, separated into cups
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add in chopped water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Spoon the hot filling into butter lettuce leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy.
