Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic powder and let it warm through for about 30 seconds.
- Whisk in the evaporated milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the cream cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Reduce heat to low and slowly add the shredded cheeses, stirring constantly until everything is melted and creamy.
- Fold in the diced green chilies and stir well. Taste and adjust the salt if needed.
