Description
These Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert perfect for any occasion. Juicy strawberries are hollowed out and filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar, then dipped in crunchy graham cracker crumbs for a delicious texture contrast.
Ingredients
Scale
- 15–20 large strawberries, washed and hulled
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large sheets graham cracker, crumbled
Instructions
- Use a small spoon to carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry without breaking the walls. Set the hollowed strawberries aside on a tray for filling.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix them well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Using a small spoon, scoop 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed strawberry, gently packing the filling to the top.
- Dip the top of each filled strawberry into the crumbled graham crackers, pressing lightly so the crumbs adhere to the cream cheese filling.
- Place the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator and chill until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld and the filling to set slightly.
Notes
- These can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
