Juicy strawberries are hollowed out and filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar, then dipped in crunchy graham cracker crumbs for a delicious texture contrast.

  • 1520 large strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large sheets graham cracker, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Use a small spoon to carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry without breaking the walls. Set the hollowed strawberries aside on a tray for filling.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix them well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Using a small spoon, scoop 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed strawberry, gently packing the filling to the top.
  4. Dip the top of each filled strawberry into the crumbled graham crackers, pressing lightly so the crumbs adhere to the cream cheese filling.
  5. Place the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator and chill until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld and the filling to set slightly.
