Description

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls are an easy no-bake snack made with oats, cocoa powder, honey, and peanut butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
