These Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls are an easy no-bake snack made with oats, cocoa powder, honey, and peanut butter.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
