  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  2. Make the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, soppressata, shaved Parmesan, red onion, and pepperoncini.
