- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- While the potatoes roast, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Brown and slightly crisp the beef.
