Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms evenly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, Dijon mustard, herbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and optional spices. Mix until well blended.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the cowboy butter mixture.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 20-22 minutes until golden brown and tender.
