- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Pound or slice the chicken breasts to an even thickness and pat dry.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb-parmesan mix.
- Pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, or bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot and crispy with your favorite sides.
