Description

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered if large

  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place your chicken, baby potatoes, and diced onion into your crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, minced garlic, dried parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken and veggies in the crockpot.
