- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Place your chicken, baby potatoes, and diced onion into your crockpot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, minced garlic, dried parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
