  • 1 cup cooked ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cooked ground turkey, dried cranberries, chopped onion, celery, and parsley thoroughly.
  3. Add the dried thyme, salt, black pepper, chicken broth, and egg to the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
