Description
Frozen Banana Snickers are a healthy summer treat. Peanut butter coats sweet bananas, topped with peanuts and dark chocolate. These bars are sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.
Ingredients

- 2 bananas, medium ripe
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- ¼ tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
- sea salt
Instructions
- Peel bananas and cut lengthwise. Divide halves into 2 parts each to get 8 slices. Place on parchment paper.
- Spread peanut butter on each banana slice, covering completely. Sprinkle with salt and chopped peanuts.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30-second intervals until soft. Drizzle over banana slices.
- Freeze on baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until chocolate hardens.
