Description

Frozen Banana Snickers are a healthy summer treat. Peanut butter coats sweet bananas, topped with peanuts and dark chocolate. These bars are sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bananas, medium ripe
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 to 5 tbsp dark chocolate, melted
  • ¼ tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and cut lengthwise. Divide halves into 2 parts each to get 8 slices. Place on parchment paper.
  2. Spread peanut butter on each banana slice, covering completely. Sprinkle with salt and chopped peanuts.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave in 30-second intervals until soft. Drizzle over banana slices.
  4. Freeze on baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until chocolate hardens.
