- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the opposite side, layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Close the sandwiches with the buttered sides facing outward.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
