Garlic Chili Shrimp Stir-Fry: An Incredible Ultimate Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 fresh chili peppers, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)
- 1 cup snap peas or green beans
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Before starting, ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready to avoid overcooking.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chili peppers to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Incorporate the shrimp into the pan, stirring frequently. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and snap peas (or green beans) to the pan. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to combine all the flavors and cook for another minute.
- Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro or green onions.
Notes
- Adjust chili peppers to your preferred spice level.
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles as desired.
