- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Roll pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Tie each strip into a loose knot and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the dough knots rest for 15 minutes to slightly puff up.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
- Brush garlic butter over each knot, reserving some for later.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- After baking, brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
