- 2 avocados (peeled, pit removed)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the avocados, almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, eggs, and baking soda in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently by hand.
- Line a baking pan with a lightly greased sheet of foil or a non-stick silicone baking mat.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of batter for each cookie onto the prepared baking pan, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, or until set and slightly firm to the touch.
