- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a pizza pan.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a 12-inch circle and transfer it to the prepared pan. Brush the surface with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Create 4 small wells in the cheese and carefully crack an egg into each well. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the egg whites are set but yolks are still slightly runny.
