Description
Limonada de Coco is a refreshing and creamy limeade cocktail that combines the tropical richness of coconut milk with the zesty brightness of fresh lime juice.

- 13.5 ounce (400 ml) can full-fat coconut milk, solid part only
- 4 ounces (120 ml) rum (optional)
- Juice from 4 limes
- 5 tablespoons (65 grams) granulated sugar
- Ice cubes as needed (about 3 cups whole ice cubes)
Instructions
- Scoop out the solid part of the canned full-fat coconut milk and add it to a blender.
- Squeeze the juice from four fresh limes into the blender. Add five tablespoons of granulated sugar.
- If desired, pour in four ounces of rum. Then add ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the limonada de coco into glasses and serve immediately.
