Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions
