  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
