- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
