This Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu is the perfect no-bake fall dessert. Creamy mascarpone meets cozy pumpkin puree, layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and warm autumn spices.

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
- 24 crispy ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat mascarpone cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the espresso and arrange in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining pumpkin mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and slice to serve chilled.
