- 6 graham crackers
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Place the 6 graham crackers into a zip-top bag and crush them using a rolling pin or the bottom of a pan until they become fine crumbs.
- Spread the crushed graham crackers evenly on the bottom of an ungreased 8 x 8 square pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons of these crumbs to use as a topping later.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl and whip using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Then gently mix in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to sweeten and flavor the cream.
- Carefully fold 4 cups of fresh raspberries into the whipped cream to combine without crushing the berries, ensuring even distribution.
- Spread the whipped cream and raspberry mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust in the pan.
- Arrange the remaining 1 cup of fresh raspberries on top of the whipped cream layer, then sprinkle the reserved 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs evenly over the berries to finish.
- Cover the assembled dessert and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and for flavors to meld before serving.
