A quick and easy Ravioli Lasagna Casserole that brings all the comforting flavors of lasagna with less fuss, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 24 ounces jar spaghetti sauce, divided
- 16 ounces square frozen ravioli
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
- Chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring.
- Pour in 1 cup of spaghetti sauce and stir into the meat mixture. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Spread about ½ cup of the remaining spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce in the baking dish.
- Spoon half of the meat sauce mixture over the ravioli layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the meat sauce.
- Add another single layer of ravioli, then spread the rest of the meat sauce mixture on top.
- Finish with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the last ½ cup of spaghetti sauce over the top layer of cheese.
- Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Carefully remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the Ravioli Lasagna Casserole stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Notes
- This Ravioli Lasagna Casserole can be assembled up to a day in advance and refrigerated.
- You may need to add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
