  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 810 medium flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Before starting, prepare your taco toppings and ensure the shrimp is fully thawed if frozen, as well as peeled and deveined for the best cooking results.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper for a balanced and flavorful seasoning blend.
  3. Add the shrimp, olive oil, and the prepared spice mix to a 14-inch skillet set over medium-high heat. Stir the shrimp around for about a minute to coat them evenly with the spices before cooking.
  4. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, stirring and flipping occasionally for about 5 to 6 minutes total. This ensures they are cooked through but still juicy.
