Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  8. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until just golden.
