Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until just golden.
