Delight in these Easy Sticky Buns, a sweet and buttery treat perfect for breakfast or dessert. With a rich caramel glaze made from brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup topped with crunchy pecans.

- ½ cup (113g) unsalted or salted butter
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup corn syrup (may substitute honey)
- 1 ½ cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls (8 rolls each can or larger 5 rolls per can)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9×9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Stir in the packed brown sugar and corn syrup, bringing the mixture to a boil. Boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
- Pour the hot caramel sauce into the bottom of the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped pecans over the caramel layer.
- Place the cinnamon rolls into the pan on top of the pecans and caramel. Gently press them in so they fit snugly.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the rolls turn golden brown and are cooked through in the center.
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the sticky buns to cool for a few minutes. Invert the pan onto a serving platter to reveal the glossy pecan topping. Serve warm.
