- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Press your pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Chill it in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 35–40 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly wobbly.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then chill for at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or a dusting of cinnamon.
