- 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey (93% Lean)
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined to create your turkey meatloaf mixture.
- Transfer the turkey mixture to the prepared pan. Press evenly and shape the top into a dome for even cooking of your healthy turkey meatloaf.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and spread the remaining glaze over the top of your ground turkey meatloaf.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
