Description
Voodoo Egg Rolls are crispy, spicy appetizers filled with andouille sausage, bell peppers, cream cheese, and Cajun flavors.

- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb andouille sausage, diced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook diced sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add bell peppers and red onion, sauté until soft.
- Turn off heat and stir in cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Mix until creamy.
- Place egg roll wrapper on surface; add 2–3 tbsp of filling. Fold, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and pickle juice to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve hot with sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
