Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone inside if using. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- In a small pan, warm olive oil over low heat. Add minced garlic and let it gently infuse without browning.
- Place rolled dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush garlic oil generously over the dough.
