These Winter Wonderland Truffles are creamy, no-bake white chocolate peppermint treats perfect for holiday dessert trays or gifting.

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sparkling sugar or sanding sugar
- 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add peppermint extract and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the melted white chocolate until the mixture is well combined.
- Cover and chill the mixture for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll truffles in sparkling sugar or crushed peppermint, pressing gently to coat.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
