- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Boil water and let it cool slightly to 160°F (70°C).
- Add freshly grated ginger and cinnamon powder to the warm water and stir vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Once the mixture cools to drinking temperature (about 5 minutes), add apple cider vinegar.
- Stir in honey as the final ingredient.
- Allow the drink to steep for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain if desired or consume with ginger pieces for added fiber.
