Description
Delicious and easy Air Fryer Beignets made with flaky puff pastry, perfectly crisped and generously coated in powdered sugar for a sweet, indulgent treat in just minutes.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Allow the sheet of puff pastry to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes to make it easier to unfold and cut.
- Gently unfold the puff pastry sheet on a clean surface without tearing.
- Cut 2 horizontal strips along the natural creases of the pastry sheet.
- Cut 3 vertical strips perpendicular to the horizontal ones, resulting in 9 equal squares.
- Place 4 squares on the air fryer crisper tray or as many as you can fit comfortably in the basket without overlapping.
- Air fry the puff pastry squares at 400°F (204°C) for 9 minutes until they are golden brown and puffed up.
- Repeat the air frying process with the remaining squares until all are cooked.
- Place the 3 cups of powdered sugar into a large zip-top bag. Add the warm beignets to the bag and shake gently until they are completely coated with powdered sugar.
- Remove beignets from the bag and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
