Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until fully mixed. Pour the mixture into a pie dish, pressing it firmly into the bottom and sides to create an even crust.
  2. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling. This usually takes around 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with ½ cup powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside.
