- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking. Scoop mixture using a tablespoon and shape into meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the meatballs in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the meatballs bake, gently heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
