  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking. Scoop mixture using a tablespoon and shape into meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the meatballs in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
