  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Then, mix in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, beaten egg, and lemon juice until smooth.
