Description

This Boursin Baked Salmon recipe blends creamy garlic herb cheese with tender salmon fillets for a quick, luxurious meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 package Boursin garlic and herb cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
