Description
Chocolate-Dipped Peanut Butter Banana Bites are a sweet and creamy snack or dessert. They consist of banana slices with peanut butter, coated in melted dark chocolate.

- 2 medium ripe bananas
- ¼ cup (60 g) peanut butter
- ½ cup (100 g) chocolate chips (dark and sugar-free if necessary)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (or butter)
- Flaky salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Line half of the banana slices on a plate or baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread peanut butter on each slice and top with another banana slice.
- Freeze the sandwiches for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined plate.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
- Freeze again for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

- Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Dark chocolate can be substituted with milk chocolate if preferred.
