This Christmas Cranberry Honey Butter recipe is a festive holiday spread made with fresh cranberries, sweet honey, and creamy butter.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
- 1 pinch salt (if using unsalted butter)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries with a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until they pop and soften. Mash slightly and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whip softened butter until fluffy using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Add cooled cranberries, honey, and orange zest (if using) to the whipped butter. Mix until well combined and pink in color.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed. Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted butter.
- Transfer to a serving dish or jars. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
