- 20 oz cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, garlic, butter, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 1 hour until the cream cheese is melted and everything is warmed.
- Add the tortellini and stir to coat. Cook on low for 2 to 3 more hours, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. Let cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth. Serve hot with extra Parmesan.
