- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, salt, vanilla, and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook until edges lift and bottom is golden, about 1–2 minutes. Flip and cook 30 more seconds.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
- Stack cooked crepes and cover with a towel to keep warm until ready to serve.
