Dracula’s Dark Cherry Fudge is a rich, decadent chocolate fudge infused with sweet dark cherries for a hauntingly delicious twist.

- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark cherries, chopped (jarred or rehydrated dried)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the chopped dark cherries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Optionally, press cherry halves on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
- Lift from the pan using the parchment, slice into squares, and serve.
